Hidden Axis of Serith:

  • The Cinders and The Veil Unbound are secretly allied through their shared service to Serith. Their leaders (Mourne and the Whisperer) communicate through intermediaries and coordinate strategy. Neither fully trusts the other, but both serve the same goddess.
  • Both factions are independently targeting The Ember Guild’s Kaevroth fragment registry.
  • Both factions are working to undermine the institutions in their respective regions, the Cinders hollowing out the Dominion, the Veil Unbound sabotaging the Reach.
