Description. A tall, powerfully built woman in her late forties with short-cropped grey hair and a burn scar across her right cheek. She wears the Order’s grey-and-white plate armor at all times. Voss is a true believer, she genuinely believes Solvaen’s order is the only thing keeping the world from chaos. She is brutal, disciplined, and principled in her own way. She advocates preemptive war against The Verdant Marches.

Campaign Role. Potential antagonist or uneasy ally in Act II. If the PCs convince her the Cinders are compromised, she becomes a powerful (if uncomfortable) ally. If not, she’s an obstacle.
Roleplay Notes. Clipped, military diction. Never sits, always stands or paces. Makes direct eye contact that borders on intimidation. Respects strength and conviction; despises evasion.
