Warden Draven Ironbark
| Title | Marchwarden of Clan Ironbark |
| Location | Northern The Verdant Marches |
| Faction | Ironbark Opposition (Marchwardens’ Council) |
| Status | Alive |
Description. A massive, scarred man in his fifties with a braided red beard and arms like tree trunks. He wears ironwood armor and carries a massive axe. Draven is a traditionalist, he believes the Marches’ strength is in their independence, and any unification is just tyranny wearing a friendly face. He’s not wrong, exactly, but his stubbornness could doom the Marches if unity is needed.
GM Notes
Campaign Role. Potential obstacle or ally in Act III. If the PCs can earn his respect (through strength, not words), he becomes a grudging supporter. If not, he actively undermines Kaelith.
Roleplay Notes. Loud, blunt, confrontational. Tests people by provoking them, he respects those who push back without losing control. Drinks heavily but never seems impaired. Surprisingly gentle with children and animals.
